Glastonbury Meditation and Healing Retreat 2009
With Reiki masters Thomas and Maureen of Soulseat

We have just announced the dates for our 2009 Retreat - 17th to 22nd May 2009. Please click here for lots of information about this very special Retreat.

What Happens on a Retreat

A Retreat is different from a relaxing holiday although it is a chance to fully relax and connect with your inner you.

On the Soulseat Retreats we aim to arm students with the tools to integrate meditation into daily life and to look at the mind and how we create our own suffering and pain and how we can free ourselves from this.

Anyone who has received teaching from Thomas and Maureen before, know that their workshops are unique and transforming events. With the emphasis on transformation, we aim to help students recognise the true nature of their minds and release themselves from negative thought forms. Maureen and Tom create an atmosphere of warmth, harmony and incredible energy that never fails to move and inspire students.

We will be teaching basic Meditation technique and Thomas will be continuing the teachings from our Freedom of Compassion workshops with lots of new material and exercises designed to aid spiritual transformation.

A Typical Day on the Retreat

On our Soulseat Retreats we are aiming to create an atmosphere of transformation and non habitual practise so although we very much encourage students to attend each session, it is equally fine to spend time on personal meditation and reflection.
